You can start a request to delete your account and related data from this page.
Delete through support
If in-app deletion is unavailable, you can send a request to support@calio.live.
Basic verification details may be requested to reduce the risk of unauthorized deletion.
Data that may be deleted
- Account profile and sign-in related details
- Meal logs, routine tracking data and preferences
- Certain notes or user-generated entries
Limited retention
Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security or operational reasons.
